[getdns-api] doc update: getdns_dict/list_destroy destroys deeply

I'd like to suggest that the API documentation mention that when a dict/list is destroyed that all of the members of that dict/list are also destroyed.  While this might be assumed by the reader it would be a good idea to make this explicit in the API description.
