[getdns-api] Trouble with tests

Apt-get installs the static libs on ubuntu 13.x so I think that¹s what¹s
failing.  The shared libs are installed on ubuntu 12.x - we use travis-ci
for our builds which uses Ubuntu 12.04 for the build env.

Have you tried this on Ubuntu 12.x or was this on 13?
