Hi, Oriol:

If this helps, we've got sample Python code that will
pull the certificate out of a set of returned records
and do some basic checks using Python crypto libraries
(and those are basically wrappers around OpenSSL
functions).  I believe someone has implemented something
similar in C but I'm not sure where the code is.  Please
let us know if you've got questions.  The code is here:
