[getdns-users] Release 0.1.1

Hey guys,

We should plan for a 0.1.1 release soon.  There was a big issue in our
install target in that it copied getdns_extra.h wrong.  I also added a
method to the context in extras that allows a user to change the underlying
unbound async mode (fork or thread).  This was needed for the iOS port
since fork fails on the phones.

The iOS port is raw (see https://github.com/ngoyal/getdns-ios-sample).
 Once cleaned up, I'll move it under the getdnsapi org.
