Hmmm.. hard to think of any.  It might make sense in multi-threaded
applications.
Also, the upstreams configuration (i.e.recursive_upstream_resolvers)
associated with a context cannot be changed on a per query basis via an
extension dict.  So, it might be useful to have one context for stateful
connections to remote upstreams, and do some meta queries with a
separate context configured with the OS defaults (i.e. UDP queries to
the recursor in the local network).
