[getdns-api] getdns API version published

[Murray S. Kucherawy]

Do any of the promised implementations have an estimated date for releasing
a prototype or alpha version?  I have an open source release coming up
where I'd be willing to work this in as an option, but I'd like to know if
our timelines are compatible.
