[getdns-api] netresolve: name resolution library

Hi,

I wanted to let you know that I'm working on a name resolution library called `netresolve` and I'm still working on its API. For more details on the project, please see:

I have just learned about getdns-api in the Fedora bugzilla:

I'm considering providing getdns-api as an alternative API for the `netresolve` project if it makes any sense. I haven't yet looked at it thoroughly, just wanted to get in touch as soon as possible.
