[getdns-api] Can't build getdns on Debian 7.0.0

If you can give me a guess about a likely libidn1 version to grab from http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/libidn/, I can start testing from there.

And, in the meantime, I'll update the INSTALL file to list the getdns-specific ./configure options...
